INOVUS Founder
Gina Pimm
Gina is the Founder of INOVUS Consulting.  Gina brings nearly two decades of experience in business strategy, client services, asset management, underwriting, acquisition advisement, predevelopment consulting, development, asset repositioning, privatization of military housing, lifestyle creation, marketing, affordable housing, and property operations.  Prior to joining INOVUS, she was a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, formerly Pinnacle, for over a decade overseeing the client services division for the western region.  She also served as Director of Operations and in Asset Management with Hunt Companies overseeing various privatized miliary projects in California, Colorado, and Nevada as well as the RFP process for new projects throughout the nation.  She brings a unique and balanced perspective beginning her career onsite while in college and serving in various operational roles prior to transitioning to asset management and client services.
Over the course of her career, she has had the privilege of advising developers, syndicators, institutional equity, family offices, and property management companies.
