Meet the Team
INOVUS Founder
Gina Pimm
Gina is the Founder of INOVUS Consulting.  Gina brings nearly two decades of experience in business strategy, client services, asset management, underwriting, acquisition advisement, predevelopment consulting, development, asset repositioning, privatization of military housing, lifestyle creation, marketing, affordable housing, and property operations.  Prior to joining INOVUS, she was a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, formerly Pinnacle, for over a decade overseeing the client services division for the western region.  She also served as Director of Operations and in Asset Management with Hunt Companies overseeing various privatized miliary projects in California, Colorado, and Nevada as well as the RFP process for new projects throughout the nation.  She brings a unique and balanced perspective beginning her career onsite while in college and serving in various operational roles prior to transitioning to asset management and client services.
Over the course of her career, she has had the privilege of advising developers, syndicators, institutional equity, family offices, and property management companies.

Alevia Houston
Alevia is a multifaceted expert in property management and project facilitation, recognized for her outstanding leadership in team development and project execution. With a wealth of experience in pivotal roles, including Leasing Manager and Lifestyle Director, she has significantly contributed to the growth and of corporate housing portfolios. Alevia's ability to streamline processes and train teams has led to remarkable operational excellence across her projects. Her strategic problem-solving skills are complemented by her exceptional communication abilities, allowing her to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Alevia is dedicated to ensuring that business objectives are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Her passion for fostering a positive work environment and her commitment to continuous improvement makes her a valuable asset to the INOVUS team.

Cassie Trujillo
Cassie brings an impressive three decades of multifamily leadership to INOVUS Consulting, offering a wealth of expertise in areas such as asset management, development advisement, equity syndication, and operational strategies. Her extensive career showcases a deep understanding of the multifamily landscape and a proven track record for delivering results. Before joining INOVUS, Cassie served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management with Schulman Properties. She was instrumental in leading portfolio strategies across multiple markets and providing critical insights on development and equity structure. Throughout her career, Cassie held leadership positions at esteemed firms in the real estate, including Cushman & Wakefield, Pinnacle, Greystar, and The Irvine Company. Her diverse experience includes consulting on over 25+ ground-up developments, guiding projects from concept to successful lease-up. Additionally, she has played a pivotal role in crafting brand and marketing strategies for high luxury communities, ensuring they resonate in a competitive market. Cassie's reputation for excellence and her driving success, make her a valuable asset to the INOVUS team.
